I'm Mario Nano.
I love to code. Simple as that.
Many years ago, in the age of Adobe Dreamweaver, I was asked to make a webpage for a small art festival and since then I knew what I wanted to do professionally.
After years of building toward it, I made the official leap into full-stack development, leaving no stone unturned to turn passion into my daily practice.
Since then, I’ve spent years in the trenches of professional full-stack web development. I’ve engineered custom PHP backends, built complex TypeScript/React applications, and architected multi-tenant data systems handling 120+ localized branch sites. Along the way, I’ve frequently stepped up as QA Manager—because I genuinely enjoy hunting down edge-case bugs and ensuring what goes to production is rock-solid.
The industry is undergoing a profound revolution with agentic AI and requires to learn new skills and knowledge ad infinitum.
I for one am absolutely excited about it.
Whether it's writing custom algorithms for complex UI logic, solving tough backend caching and data-fetching challenges, or adapting to the next shift in tech, I am as motivated as ever to build elegant, high-impact solutions.
When I’m not in my IDE, you’ll find me gaming, on a snowboard, or defending why Trek beats Wars.
